Shepherd Restoration and Repair was created to accomplish several things that I felt were wrong with other home services businesses.
One of the main issues with this industry is the lack of caring that businesses have for their clients. Salespeople like to talk above the client's understanding of the project. This is done so that the salesperson can up sale the project without the client understanding the options. At Shepherd Restoration and Repair, we will always give you a straight answer. Whether it's good or bad for us, you will always know what's happening with your project.
Another problem with today's repair industry is that companies will leave their clients without options. When you have someone come to give you an estimate on your project, three things can happen. If they are not comfortable with the project or don't like what you want done, they will give you a price so high he knows you will turn it down, he will just tell you they can't do it, or you will never hear from them again. Either way, you are no closer to getting your project completed. At Shepherd Restoration and Repair (SRR) we will not leave you without options. If we can't do the job in house, we can call in our team of highly qualified and reliable contractors to get your project done right. You will never be left without options.
Please give us a call, so together we can get your project done together.
Owner and President
I started working on farms as a kid in the 80s. In the 90s, I started jumping out of airplanes for a living in the army. After traveling around with the Army and dropping in unannounced in 1996 I decided it was time to pack my chute and go home. I obtained 2 degrees from 2 separate universities. I was a medic and was involved with law enforcement. I have worked in all parts of construction, from Directional Drilling to repairing dry wall and building barns.
Now as the President and CEO of Shepherd Restoration and Repair, my goal is to provide you with the help you need to complete your home and business Projects.
Owner and Vice President
In the late 80s, I went to college and studied Fashion Merchandising and Design. After college, I started working for GTE in Dallas, Texas and then transferred to GTE in Westfield, IN. In the mid 90s, I was blessed with 2 amazing children. I was able to be a stay-at-home mom, while helping to provide care for my brother's children. Once the kids were old enough, I got back into the workforce. For the next 16 years, I worked for Carmel Clay Schools as an Instructional Assistant in Kindergarten for 5 years, 1 year in Resource and the rest as an ENL (English as a New Language) teacher. I left Carmel Clay schools and started with RCS (Radiological Care Services).
Presently, I’m enjoying helping those of you who are in need with your home or office projects.
